Questions about plans
Can we add courses later?
Yes. Courses can be added to your plan at any time, and appear on your platform once agreed.
Can partner courses be included in our subscription?
Yes. Courses from our qualified partners can be bundled into your plan alongside Infinity's own training. Any exam or certification fees are confirmed in your quote.
Can we put our own material in the Knowledge Vault?
Yes. The Knowledge Vault is yours to build with your own lessons learned, case studies and technical papers.
How long does a subscription run?
Subscriptions normally run for 12 months. We agree the term with you when we set up your plan, and your quote shows what happens at renewal.
