Who we are

This website, iQLP (Infinity Qualified Learning Partners), is run by Infinity Energy Engineering Limited, Pavilion 2, Kingshill Park, Venture Drive, Westhill, Aberdeenshire AB32 6FL. We are the controller of the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us about this notice or your information at learning@infinity-limited.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your first and last name, email address, organisation, the topic you choose and your message. We do not ask for sensitive information, so please do not include it in your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working properly.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you information or a quote you have asked for.
• If you go on to buy training from us, to set up and deliver that training.
• To keep the website secure and running.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host this website, store enquiries and handle our email. They act on our instructions and must keep your information secure. If your enquiry is about a course delivered by one of our qualified learning partners, we will only share your details with that partner where it is needed to answer your enquiry. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Some of our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. If you become a client, we keep the information needed to deliver and record your training in line with our contract with you.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred. To use any of these rights, email learning@infinity-limited.com.
