Refund policy

This page summarises the cancellation and refund terms in our training terms and conditions. The full terms, sent with your quotation, apply if there is any difference.

Open training courses

• Cancel in writing at least 14 days before the course starts and we will refund the fees paid, less an administration fee.
• If we receive notice less than 14 days before the start, or a participant does not attend, the full fee remains payable.

On-site, bespoke and facilitated training

• More than 28 days before the start: you pay any preparation costs we have already incurred.
• Between 14 and 28 days before the start: you pay preparation costs plus 50% of the remaining course fee.
• Less than 14 days before the start: the full course fee remains payable.

E-learning courses

E-learning course licences cannot be cancelled and are not refundable. Each licence is valid for 12 months from the date login details are issued.

iQLP platform subscriptions

Cancellation and renewal terms for platform subscriptions are set out in your plan agreement.

If we cancel

If we cancel or postpone a course, we will give you a full refund of the fees paid or, if you prefer, move your booking to another date.

Questions and complaints

To cancel, or to raise a complaint about a course, write to learning@infinity-limited.com. Complaints should reach us within 30 days of the last day of the course.
